Terms of Use
Last updated: September 23, 2026
These terms cover your use of the Convert Currency Fast app for iPhone and its widgets and Shortcuts actions. By using the app, you agree to them. They apply alongside Apple’s Standard License Agreement for apps from the App Store. If the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.
1. Exchange rates are for information only
The app shows mid-market reference exchange rates from public data sources. They’re updated periodically and saved on your device so the app works offline. Rates may be delayed, and they may differ from the rate a bank, card issuer or exchange service actually gives you. Don’t rely on the app for trading, hedging or any decision where exact rates matter financially.
2. Founder Plus (in-app purchase)
- Founder Plus is a one-time purchase that unlocks extra features in the app for as long as the app is available. It isn’t a subscription and never renews or charges again.
- Apple processes payment through your Apple ID. Apple’s terms cover the purchase, including pricing and taxes.
- The purchase works on all devices signed in with the same Apple ID. If Family Sharing is on, members of your family group can use it too. You can restore it at any time with Restore Purchase in the app.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a refund is granted, the Pro features are turned off again.
- Features may change in future versions, but we won’t take away the core of what you paid for without a reasonable replacement.
3. No warranty
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes the accuracy of rates, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we’re not liable for any loss or damage from using the app or relying on the rates it shows. This includes financial loss from currency conversions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t try to disrupt the app or the rate sources it depends on, and don’t copy or repackage the app as your own.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data the app collects.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
